Ministries

SVWC has a variety of ministries beyond what is listed on this page to help meet people’s needs physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Also part of what God asks us to do for His purposes and our good is to serve each other. He’s given us all a unique mix of gifts, personality and experiences. SVWC is a place to discover and use those gifts. Around here we call this “being the Body”, meaning that we use what God gave us to love and serve one another and the community around us to be what God intended our church to be. From our nursery to guest services and from our soup kitchen to our worship team, everyone can have a place to receive, to serve and to belong!
